This piece has alot of excellent figuring in it. It measures 6" tall with the lid and 5 3/4" in diameter. The finial was a seperate piece of walnut burl, the cracks were in it, no glueing involved. The finish is extremely smooth, and will stand up to anything you want to put in it, accept no standing liquid.
